Mom's cooking pte ltd is lousy! The food taste bad. The service is worse. They sent food to my house without any form of confirmation. Logic tells me that if they nv confirm, you haven't paid then theres no deal. But food appeared at my doorstep, and when I tried to cancel the service they threatened legal actions and said they have many cases like this before and they always win the case.(I wonder how that is possible when they couldnt even confirm the identity of the person who made this order) Food quality is one thing, but service is very important too. Difficult to find a company that sucks in both! Pls share other lousy catering service so we can compile a list to know where to avoid...
