Hi, would like to check whether any of your children experiencing vomiting and diarrhoea taking the Aptamil Stage 3 formula? My 2 yo son was taking this brand since 1 year old, and never had this problem, until the recent batch (bought from Aptamil Official Store on Qoo10). Noticed the packaging was different from previous batches, likely a change in formulation? I am also pretty sure his symptoms were due to this milk, cos he vomited and have loose stool (sometimes wake up several times a night in the wee hours) EVERY SINGLE time after his milk feed.
