As above, im just curious im having a quite big scar down there after episotomy and vacuum extraction. Is it normal? If im going to have a second pregnancy, will I feel double painful because of the scar ripped off?

I have had episiotomy done a few times. Scarring is minimum and only my gynae sees or notices it. If it was done properly, stitched properly, and healed properly, then the new episiotomy wouldn't impact the first one. The first one is non-existent. It is not "ripped off". It was a clean cut, btw.

hi @frog, thanks. Im just curious as my scar is kind of big i think, it's quite long when i look at the mirror. not sure if its because the Dr wasn't good at the stitches or what. :(

Eh... I haven't seen anyone else's lei... cannot comment. Mine seem to be okay. Non-event and it doesn't bother me. He did ask me to apply an anti scar cream, $80!! First one soh-soh go and buy. Second and third dun care already, lah. I told him, only he pays attention to it. :)
