Just to share. I have been using Mirena since last Sept. Had light bleeding(much less than normal menses) for about three months, sometimes stops for few days and spotting comes back again. Rather irritating. Now occasionally have stained discharge, red or brown. Not much of concern as usually happens in the toilet, wipe with toilet paper and dispose.
