anyone encounter the gynae telling them their ovaries are attached too high for retrieval?

am consulting in NUH for IVF. Am hoping to give a sibling for my firstborn conceived from IUI.
Got my preliminary test and they are saying my ovaries are abit too high up that vaginal egg retrieval maybe a problem.
So they are asking me to do a laparoscopy ovariopexy whereby they will bring the ovary lower.

Anyone encounter such issue before? Can share experience or should I seek for 2nd opinion?
 
One of my ovary is high n unable to do egg retrieval on tat side so I forego n just retrieve from e lower side. I'm also with NUH. Was also advise to do lapro but we didn't get to that stage.
I heard at other hosp, e Doctors r willing to go in via abdomen to retrieve the eggs from high ovary. Would u wanna check e other hosp?
