yah, jus serve the notice period according to your employment terms. no need to serve extra, even if u had were on long ML then.

depends on individual coy policy, some coy allow staff to use 1 mth of the ML as the notice period.

as for putting up notices @ ur block, u wun knw the quality of these candidates.. a bit risky. prefer that u get recommendations fr ppl around u.
