hi spreeists, apologies for this unexpected long wait. its all because of a parcel that amazon and vpostusa screwed up on. :( i have spoken to singpost countless times trying to resolve this and get the items sent here asap. some spreeists hv pm-ed me and i mentioned tat singpost offered to waive off the base charge. they hv however gone back on their words, much to my anger and disappointment. i am still disputing this with them, asking them to check the voice call recordings. i have just made payment for sending the items back and i need to double confirm that all packages enjoy 20% for using citibank card. (need to check the invoice coz their new format is confusing! arg)
singpost promised tat items will reach us before the 19th. fingers crossed!

this is such a horrible experience with them tat i rather not do any more sprees tat require singpost's service. however i do have some paid orders on hand now and so i will complete that as a last spree tat i will do for vpost orders.
