the free shipping refers to free USA domestic shipping, not international shipping. for all sprees, USA domestic shipping is always free coz spree batch takes in enough to qualify for free domestic shipping unless stated otherwise by merchants.

hence, your medela item has free USA domestic shipping but as its sold by external seller, there is no free international shipping for it.
