item has to be bought from amazon but its via external seller, not by amazon itself. as mentioned before, shoes are bulky items. there are 2 ways to get about shipping this item in:

1) shipped directly from amazon.com.shipping charge: US$49.50
2) shipped via CGW, est.int. shipping charge: S$35-40 (depending on the actual bulk of the packaging)
(from the 2 above, via CGW may be slightly cheaper, but cannot promise 100%. CGW offer repacking service at US$5/US$7 if item is bulky and can be repacked smaller to save shipping charges)

so do see which you are more comfortable with or if local shops are cheaper after factoring in the shipping charges.
