you have transferred S$23.45, so there is a shortfall. Domestic shipping is solely borne by spreeist, only INTERNATIONAL shipping charges are shared out. there is INTERNATIONAL shipping charges liable for this item which will only be known when shipment arrives and items have been weighed.
i can only place order once i hit spree cap and at the moment, i am not at spree cap yet. i cannot give you an exact date of when i hit spree cap as it depends on the no. of orders and transfers that come in.

don't have to worry about the minimum for free shipping. coz spree batch will take in enough orders to qualify for either free USA shipping or free global super saver shipping, whichever batch the item is in. UNLESS item has domestic shipping charges. :)
