Autumnviva, Xiaogua Your items was shipped out in a box instead of an envelope/with other items so the shipping is higher. I'm going to write in to Amazon on the recent poor packaging on several packages. I'll see if something can be done by them. However, I'm not too hopeful that they'll do anything to reimburse. Just trying my luck.

Mummies pls note that a package that was sent out by amazon was undelivered due to a breakage. It was returned. The items affected were reshipped but all sent out individually so there was no shared shipping. They processed the reship and refund so quickly that before I could reply them the orders were already expedited. So no choice.

Another case of poor packing - package came in a box with 1/3 empty! And also not eligible for repacking due to items in box



Limapril pls note that 2 of melissa and doug items are bulky I have allocated shipping wt according to bulk instead of actual weight for fairer shipping. For eg. your item 1 took up 1/4 the box. So i have allocated out of the total weight of the shipping - 1/4 of the shipping weight in that package.

auntyofenqi your ginko item was slightly dented in midst of shipping. No breakage is observed. I'll be raising this up with the merchant. pls note there is no option of returning the item. I'll try to see if amazon can do anything about this issue.

genn yah... this shipment is higher than usual..

the packages were not well packed at all. so there's space wastage. can't control how amazon packs it....I was shocked too when I saw the shipment... don't know if whether to proceed with shipping them in or to return back to amazon... I had to even ask a mummy if the shipping is ok to proceed as her shipment for 1 toy is nearly SGD50. Anyway, normal postage is $3.35. Item with bubble envelope exceeds 1 kg.
