!! Advise needed-noise from breathing and drinking

Dear mummies
My 4 mths baby girl has noise from nose and throat during breathing and drinking. Think it should be phlegm. Any natural remedies to recommend ? I don't wish to let her take medication.

I have twins. My girl does not have the problem but my boy has. I think it's phlegm too. Can't get it out so frustrating.

My boy used to have that. Pd says it is phlegm, mostly due to milk if you have not started solid.

It should be ok, unless it disturbs her sleep at night. If you are too worried, you got to dilute her milk at night. Let her drink some water in between milkfeed during the day as the milk might be too heaty for her.

Once you have hit stage 2, try other brands that will be less heaty to her. She will be fine.

Recently I applied organic eucalyptus on her. Seems to ease the phlegm.
