40, pregnant and worried

Hi mummies
I'm new here.. I'm 40
I just found out I'm pregnant, and I cried coz I was sad and alil happy.
I'm having mixed feelings and thoughts about my pregnancy.
Worried coz of my age, I hv a 12yr old and 2yr old.. would I manage.. Will it be ok.. is it OK to be pregnant at 40, will there be complications..
Can any of you share:
- 40 and being pregnant.
- how you manage.
- is it safe.

Don't worry about the age. Had my first kid at 40yo and have a few other friends who delivered at 40yo or older. You have had 2 healthy pregnancies, this one likely will go well too. Of cos with age, risk is higher so just do your NIPT and keep to regular gynae visits. Happy mummy, happy baby.

Hello mummies here! I'm also turning 40 leh. Expecting preggy #3. Unplanned.
Also worrying cos my #1 preparing PSLE next year. I'm FTWM also.
Mixed feeling but more worrying.

I had a friend who got pregnant at 44, she had absolutely no problems during her pregnancy (infact she said it was her easiest pregnancy yet) it's all different from mother to mother of course, i wish you well during your pregnancy
