For std size air cond up to 12k btu chemical is $70 & chemical fully dismantle is $90. For gas top up is depend on the type of the gas ard $50-70. Better take chemical for compressor which is free gas top up. For hdb up to 14th floor $80, for above 14th $100, for condo $110.
