Hi May I enquire as to the difference between chemical cleaning and normal servicing? For a normal servicing, will the technician take out the aircon drum to wash?

My regular service guy apparently only vacuums the inside and wash the filter (which my maid can do) and vacuums the drainage pipe but may not remove the parts inside to wash.
 
Also, how do we know if we need a chemical wash with fully dismantling? I would need a chemical wash for some of my units. Please pm me for available timing.

Is chemical cleaning necessary 3 times a year? How come the packages are based on 3 times a year?

For normal cleaning:clean blower, clean external evaporate coil,wash filter cover&vacuum drainage pipe.
For chemical fully dismantle we will dismantle all the parts down&wash them with chemical

Usually air codn will need normal clenaing every 3mths& once ayear will need chemical cleaning.
If anything blocking inside then will need chemical cleaning.The best way is to ask my specialist to check them&give you best advice on what type of cleaning is needed for each of them my dear.Will pm you the time slot. Thanks

Thank you for the air con service provided. I had mine done with chemical cleaning and full dismantle, your air con man did a very thorough and fast job! Less than one hr he was done for 1 unit. My hubby kept mouthing gd gd as previously we had another man servicing our air con, but not as gd as yours! Will be returning for any future air con matters.

just to feedback that your specialist indeed help me to solve my leaking air con problem :) I have spent more than $500 bucks earlier with another so called "specialist" but he didn't solve my problem at all and even suggested installing a bulky, ugly and noisy suction pump and charged me $300+ for it. Totally a ripped off. Thank god your specialist able to resolve the leaking problem without the need of that stupid pump! No more leaking air con for half a year now
