NOTES:
* Rates for chemical cleanings are for standard-sized air-cond units (<= 12,000 BTU).
* A small surcharge of $10 may apply to location in CBD area due to CBD parking and ERP given our already competitive/good rates.
* Inspection for Quotation is Free as long as it is followed up by any servicing for 1 unit. Otherwise, there is a $30 charge, which will be SUBSUMED (WAIVED) by any cleaning/troubleshooting done. The checking fee is $30 but it will be waived if followed by the repair.
* For servicing *specifically* requested at 7pm onwards (late evening work), there will be a surcharge of $10 per unit. This surcharge however DOESN’T apply (WAIVED) to appointment where my Specialist’s arrival is scheduled before 7pm, but the actual arrival or servicing is done at 7pm onwards.

I like to book chemical clean for 1 unit aircon and normal cleaning for another unit. But 1 of the unit aircon is above the bed so any way we can work around that?

Like to ask some questions 1st over here:
For servicing of 2units and above, how many guys wld u provide or is this a one man show?
Are your guys(helpers) "foreign workers" like those frm blangadesh etc?

What is the difference between chemical wash and chemical wash with dismantling?

Does your normal servicing includes one of the step whereby u use a sort of vaccum to suck out the discharge frm the drainage pipe?

Is your guys able to do detailed inspection on the aircon units + compressor + piping?
coz my sis juz bought a resale flat and would want to noe the current aircon condition b4 starting reno. Pls let me noe the charges involved.
