Dear Ladies,

I am Back!!

I took a 5months break from holding BP to nag and nag at my elder kid (Now in P3) to study for his never ending homework, tests and exams (Well, I exaggerate abit)

So, some may ask, is Herbal Mum still taking the products?

My Answer is Yes, for a working mum, time is really precious and i really have no luxury to sit down to have a full breakfast, so even up till now, i chose to take the meal replacement as my breakfast (To save some time from Q-ing for the Bee hoon or Chee Cheong Fun Stall or cooking a sumptuous American Breakfast myself)

Even during lunch, when the Sun is burning or raining cats and dogs, i also refused to step out of my office to buy my Favorite Fishball noodle.

So my usual breakfast and lunch are the meal replacement, easily mixed and consumed within 5mins. Easy!

So far, I am taking the products for more than 7 years personally and trust me, we can lose weight after giving birth.

Remember, I am a Mother of 2 :)
