Hi Sherry,

that one is in liquid form, if u wanna do the strict way of confinement, i dont think u can use it, because no matter what it still makes ur scalp wet. And i think the point of not washing hair is to avoid making ur hair and scalp wet to avoid the win coming in.

And i read up the direction usage, it will create soapy lather but i dunno why we dont need water to remove it if it's create lather..

Just IMO..

Thank you for the advise. I'm puzzled too cos it seem to defeat the purpose if its water as I read the usage.

I think must use towel to remove the lather. Wonder if will end up having headaches if we get our hair wet too often during confinement.

I also find the powder type useless.
 
My gf said the powder type will make ur hair even oilier. She actually suggested to wash hair after 2 weeks because then ur body wont be too 'shock' if u wash hair after 30th or 40th day.. She just delivered in may and this is what she told me.

Hi Mummies,

For the dry shampoo, I have used previously for my first confinement is actually like a powder form just like the johnson &amp; johnson powder. No need to lather with water. It has a nice scent like baby powder. I bought it at Chinese medical hall. Can try. But I did wash hair previously but use the herbal water.
