thanks carol...initially ameda never come into my thought...as not much review i can find...so only thk of avent and medela PIS...i know medela is noisy and pain, but i tot only the mini pump is noisy...not know that PIS oso the same as seems lots of good review regarding the PIS. But wondering a lot of ppl selling medela 2nd hand too...but seldom see those selling avent...wondering wondering....haha...

Helping my gf to check, she's going phuket in Dec and is able to get Boots milkbag. However, she's hoping to offset some of her airticket costs, so she's selling each box of boots milkbag at S$10 (same price as the BP but BP has 150 MOQ which I think is impossible to hit) She has no MOQ...
Please let me know if anyone interested, Im helping her to consolidate. She'll be back on 15 Dec and can pass the milkbags to you all then. Thanks!</font>

Hi mummies,
I am back from my gynae visit. Baby's at Week 35 and 6 days. I have gained 1.2kg since two weeks back but Baby only gained 400grams from 1.9kg to 2.3kg. Baby Faith is a small baby - like me. But as long as healthy. Thank God already.
Dr Heng says Baby Faith is engaged- just waiting for her to be ready 'anytime' <--scary!.
So tads y now gan cheong my hospital bag lah - getting stuffs ready just in case...
My hubby also getting excited. =D
Next visit, which is ten days later (20th Nov), I will go for my CTG scan and visit the Dr Heng again.
Im donating my gal's cord blood to SCBB, met the representative today to sign the papers =)
Mine will be natural birth and opting for epidural.
This Sat, will get to see Faith's baby cot..

For those using Maclaren strollers, pls take note that there is a product recall for certain models due to cases of babies fingertip being amputated by the hindge of the stroller. I've already requested for the repair kit through taka (place where i bought the stroller), you may want to do likewise.

genesis and roxy - mi back from Dr Chang liao.. sigh.. bb is 2.12kg @ week 36... cfm c sect on 1st dec.. and earliest slot.. 8am at no extra charges.. ha!! heng...

I'm using ameda breastpump after my therapist advise me to pump after each feeding. In a 1st place don't intend to buy any pump but after my delivery when I start with my postnatal sessions and always my breast felt so painful and still heavy after latching. I find that the pump is gd and she told me not to get others brands. As many of her clients use ameda too.

I find that the massage makes me feel more energetic and I able to BF my bb successfully with her support.Now my bb enjoy my BF sessions not like b4. Always struggling at my breast and I felt so stress. Even she told me that I could call her lady boss if I have any quires on BF or bb. I think we should engage someone experience that will make us feel more confident that we will be able to cope well with our bb and most important success in BF. Hi mummies, went for gynae visit today, baby is 2.85kg in 37th week, had my CTG scan haha... baby is very active, heartbeat is good and shown no contraction at all so gynae said most probably will pop in another 2 weeks thou baby is already engaged too...
Got red dates, longans and got a few of those pre-pack chicken soup packet from Hock Hua today too...

I am delivering in KKH. But I am not sure what they will provide this time. My #1 5 yrs ago, they provide maternity pads, a toiletry pouch, and bb diapers which we can bring home. They provide gown for mummy and also baby's clothes which we hv to return when we discharge.
Time really passes quickly... All of us are counting down to D day.

saw dr khi today. place on the CTG haven got any contractions yet but the UTI is not clearing. and she says my uterus very sensitive and irritant. i am 33 weeks tmr.
gave me some more antibiotics and a pill call nifidexin to stop or prevent contractions.
alr on her list of preterm labour..
cross finger i can @ least make it to the 36 weeks mark..

yah, D day is coming soon, but i'm like still not prepared for it.. havent finish washing clothes, cot will only arrive in late nov, havent buy bb disposable diapers n confinement herbs, havent pack hospital bag, havent start drinking coconut juice, etc.. and i'm 34wks preggy... wat if i pop early at 35wks like poppi..
btw poppi, did u experience any "nesting instincts" (e.g. everything must get ready and in order) prior to popping?

Anyone book photogs yet? I have booked for Tomato Photo. My c-sect on 9 Dec, so photo taking will be on 16 dec at my place. And there is a complimentary maternity shoot from them which I am going to take this Fri.
But a bit shy cos got faint stretchmarks and so fat

My gf is only due next year May, so i tink she can pass to u, i wun be meeting her also as doing confinement then... can either self collect at bishan or sembawang.. or if u dun mind, can take out the boxes (the breastmilk bags are saved 40 bags in 1 plastic bag) and just post out to you without boxes, postage should not be too exp then...

The store replied me le, am able to get freestyle at US$275*1.425 (dis is my current paypal rate) + S$65 shipping so each pump will be S$457... will reach 2 weeks time, by then Im due le, so can only self collect in Jurong or courier at S$12.84

hey all, I just went for my maternity shoot with hubby on Monday. I went to StudioLoft, its a female photographer so very comfy with her and I even did semi nudes and nudes shoots! heheheh. will post up the pics once its ready in my facebk, those who have added me can see. =p
will be going back to her for my newborn as well, repeated cust got 20% disc and her charges for NB r not exp. $120 for print 4-5 shoots, so - 20% is $96 only.
