    Hi. this is what i feed my son: Breakfast - quaker oats with fruits like banana/papaya / cereal with avocado Lunch - porridge with brocoli, fish, pumpkin, carrot Dinner - Potato/pasta with spinach, chicken, pumpkin He will also snack on cheese, bread and biscuits.

    hi claudia, i use a mixture of glass bottles and disposable bags. so far so good. Like aria jo said, dont fill the glass bottles to the rim as the glass will crack after expansion.
