Maybe you consider TCM fertility massage ? I heard that if your endometriosis lining is less than 1cm, usually TCM can help to disperse it. If more than 1cm will need keyhole surgery

I have endometriosis and did laparoscopy too, I would suggest you to go for it, because it will only thicken and affect fertility in future.
