Hi anyone experience bad morning sickness and how do you all treat it? My nausea is whole day and vomited in the morning

Hi, how are you? I usually have morning sickness but today suddenly the nausea lessen. I am scared of miscarriage. Now week 5+ but luckily not bleeding.

Does it mean not bleeding should be ok? I googled online. Some miscarriage do not have bleeding sign

I don’t know I feel my nausea is lessen today. Also fatigue also gone. I hope for the best as there is no bleeding yet..
