You discuss and agree with the doctor how many you want to transfer. And they will thaw the exact number usually. The technology is quite good now so usually the embryos will survive the thawing.

Stay optimistic! Continue to eat healthily and get plenty of rest. Very common that IVF preganancies experience spotting. Be timely administering the progesterone supplements. Our body is not producing any in a medicated cycle or fresh transfer cycle, so you need to give it lots of progesterone...

If you do a medicated cycle, it will be about 6 weeks after your retrieval. But you have to tell the hospital immediately so they start you off on your medication once you start bleeding.
