Yes. Rest more in the first week then jus go acupuncture. 2nd week onwards walk more. And I took my first HPT on d9p3dt, it already shows positive.

It's an early pregnacy loss before ultrasounds can detect a fetus. Lost it just one week, after I was tested positive.

Tried IUI thrice, failed twice & one ended in chemical pregnancy. Now going for my first IVF this month.
