    Hi I'm almost 29 weeks pregnant. My gynae says the bb is breech and told me to prop my hips with pillow every night for 10 mins. Is this a cause for concern? Does it mean my bb has developmental problem? V worried now..

    My hubby's sister is autistic. I am constantly worried for my bb *touch wood*. How do I get rid of negative thoughts? Now when I see anything about autism on facebook, or anywhere, I'd panic and interpret that as a sign. Today some colleagues discussed about autism, I also panicked :(

    Gynae not company's panel doctor

    Hi mummies, if my gynae is not in the company's list of panel doctor, am i entitled to medical leave for the monthly check-up? What does MOM says about it? It's unfair if we have to visit a gynae that is on company's panel! They are not even reputable, it's not like choosing formula milk..

    Hi ladies, what are your choice of healthy food when you are working? I read that snakeheads (fish used in fish soups) contain high level of mercury. Cooked foods are oily and contain a lot of MSG. I like the salmon sandwich but is it safe to eat smoked salmon? Been eating salads also...
