Jiayou! Try to eat the fertility diet as soon as you can, u can read more abt this on Google but the main foods are: avocado, Sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, almonds, cod fish and salmon, leafy green vege. That's what I did for my last cycle and it might have helped.
