I agree that Dr Tan can be pretty straight forward/to the point but he knows his stuff. I am currently 16 weeks with a baby girl from my first attempt with him (transfer of 3 x 3 day embryos). Will probably go back to him if we decide to have a second one. All the best for your 3rd IVF!!
