take lots of foot spa (can be simple hot water in a pail for your feet), my MIL taught me this. i also took supplements like blackmores conceive and most importantly. take days off from work. once u are relaxed, its a lot easier to conceive.

i share my own experience too. both times i took blackmores conceive pills. i got pregnant, but i can't be sure its because of this too. i was taking this, and also timing my ovulation, and taking lots of foot spa to relax (improve my ovulation) so can't be 100% sure its blackmores.

must get the basic health insurance. though they do not cover pregnancy, it helps in case of complications. maybe sure u get a proper CPF medishield plan. for foreigners or PR, still can get the CPF (I think for PR) if not, u have to go grab health insurance from some private advisers.
