I had puppp with my first. I find that bathing with pine tar soap help with reducing the itch. You can get it from iherb. My gynae also prescribe antihistamine which I only take when the itch become unbearable. I carry an ice pack with me so that I can give the bumps cold compress to numb the itch.

Don't worry if you can't see the heart beat at 5 or 6 weeks as baby is still very small. Definitely see your gynae early to get those Med to help support the pregnancy since you have previous history of MC. Don't think too much. May you have a rainbow baby.
