    ya. esp the very soft crying kind. they r just manja. wants to be carried to sleep. leave them alone for a while n they can learn to self-soothe n fall asleep.

    even though my 3rd week. i am quite immuned to baby cries already. i also just do my stuff first b4 picking her up. u r right. if fed, changed, burped, not too hot or cold...can leave bb alone for awhile. i love it when i go back n check n bb has fallen asleep.

    I pump at low power cause scared of stressing sore nipple too much. Sometimes just supplement with formula. Dont stress yourself.

    Hi I think I have short nipples too. Okay with latching leh.. just easy to get abrasion on nipples now. Not available anymore.

    My gynae doesnt know my birth plan. He just does what he thinks is best for me. I will just have to trust him. U gave birth in which hospital? I thought they say not supposed to promote formula?

    ur gynae is right, no point pushing early. esp when u have no urge to push. better to ask hubby to watch u when u breastfeeding so that he can take baby away if u fall asleep. safer too. I hope I meet Sister Kang too!

    Thanks for sharing. I pray I can tahan without epidural. Dont think I will like the vomitting part. and I really hope to latch baby immediately.

    Could possibly be VE checks to check for dilation too. Cause it introduces bacteria into birth canal. Read it somewhere. Thats why some mothers request to have no VE checks or at least minimize.

    How does the doc estimate baby to arrive at 6am when irregular contractions? Unless u are undergoing induction? When u had back pain did it come and go like contractions? All the best!
