Hi Kairos The organic virgin coconut oil which I used from coconuture does not have strong coconut smell. It smells alittle like mild peppermint. I'm not sure about the other brands :)

Hi Mathi I just did a search at yahoo. It quotes Virgin and pure coconut oil are the same. Although if its labeled virgin you can be sure that it has no chemical process.Virgin coconut oil is the best for your skin,it absorbs quickly and helps skin retain its suppleness.

Hi lyr3290 I apply it daily even to maintain it. Cos the skin will be dry and it will itch for my girl. So if it itch, she will scratch and then skin gets inflammed. So do apply it daily to maintain it :)
