thawed milk shld be used within 24 hrs of thawing. i usu store 150ml packs n watever is leftover from the pack, put in fridge n use for next feed...as long as not more den 24 hrs. Nv re-freeze thawed milk.

just to share my experience as i used to have the same probs u all face when i start work n expressing...initially can onli get 60-80ml each time. now i'm able to get at least 150ml every 8hr of pumpin... i find dat being able to pump both breasts together really helps...i'm using Avent Duo...
