Washing hair Seems like it's up to individual. For some mummies they really tahan the whole confinement period. Some just wash as usual. I''d alternate btw dry shampoo and washing.

bewildered - I have watermelon when I feel hot and heaty, feel very shiok after that. Western culture watermelons actually good for us due to its nutrients. But take in moderation, I also believe in the TCM cooling/heaty factor. Min - I can feel heart beat rhyme, not sure is that hiccups...
