Winnedy...when i bought the oven, it comes with 2 round aluminum flat tray. If not u got pizza tray? can use that also. Think the tray act as a barrier so the paper cups bottom wont get burnt, if i bake normal cake in tins i din not use the tray, just put on the rack.

Winnedy...oic, u have the aluminium plate right, place plate on the rack then place the paper cups on the plate then this will not cause them to burnt, sorry forgot this step :D

Winnedy...if u use cupcake tray still need to place on the lower rack above the turntable. No need activate the convec function. For all bakes i just use normal preheat then bake as usual. Cos if use convec function i find bakes dun brown that well cos is consider steam bake.

haiz with an adult jagar this kind of thing still can happen..pray hard ur maid dun repeat this act again.

Winnedy...dun use the 2inch height one, or else the top will burn. I also use the same sharp oven as u so i know :D

Winnedy...depends on the size of ur cupcake, normal is 180 deg for 20-25mins, did u place a rack on the turntable? u cannot place the cupcake directly on the turntable as it will burn the base before the top is cooked.

lh_jyc...make sure ur whisk & mixing bowl is cold, should be np whisking up the cream :D

ilovemaxmax...the recipe proportion is fine! maybe u did not cover the dough therefore it has dried out! rest for at least 1hr after which the dough should still be slightly damp but not dry & sticky.

ilovemaxmax...maybe u can post ur recipe here see anyone can help u? after kneading the dough, you must cover with cling wrap to prevent it from drying out, cannot use immediate have to rest the dough a while for the flour to absorb the coconut milk well.
