Juz to share.... suddenly i rmb, there are 2 types of barley. One is Chinese barley and another is a smaller grain of barley. Beancurd dessert usually use the smaller grain of barley which is not so liang compared to Chinese barley, which is why it is quite safe and mild during pregnancy.
