Thanks Christine. So that price was under subsidy? I'm under private route and NUH told me simple karyotype test would cost 2k+ for a couple. A more comprehensive test for all genetic conditions is $8k+. Wonder should I go polyclinic for the letter.

Hi. Anyone under Prof Wong for FET? I was given crinone gel 90mg only once daily, and progynova after the FET. Not sure if it's sufficient to support implantation? I read in the forum many were prescribed the gel twice daily, and even with oral progesterone.

If it's just about implantation then it's not much difference to do pgs. But my concern is the miscarriage, or worst case, having baby born with genetic problem. I know we can do further screening during pregnancy to decide to abort, but that stage would come as very painful decision mentally...

Thanks for sharing. I'm undergo first ivf stimulation and thinking about PGS as well. Doctor said the lab will be careful to minimize the damage to embryo. If result is bad they will not do transfer, as it definitely leads to a fail pregnancy. So we may end up having no embryo even though...
