Yun, I defroze by steaming the puree using the old method - put puree on a plate in a pot with water Used to use the pigeon food warmer but think no good to steam in the plastic container provided plus the water always spillover..

All root vegs and vegs need to be steamed before puree. If you are feeding fruit or veg puree to bb, need not add FM or BM. Water will do fine esp peas, sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Poo tends to be v hard after consumption of the above purees. For rice cereal, add FM or BM for more favour cos...

Ypg I travelled with my baconboy last weekend to HK. It was a good trip though with a bb, u tend to shop less, and return to hotel earlier cos bb needs his sleep. But overall its a good and fun experience..great bonding time. I would recommend it..

Mei/Gunibb/bigtoes, I warm the puree straight out from the foodcube, using pigeon food warmer. The water in the warmer always ended up spilling...wonder if i use it in the correct way? Add water into the warmer and place the container in it to warm...anyone has a pigeon foodwarmer to advise...

Storeberry, According to a book i read, 1 teaspoon of cereal for 4-6 mths old bb (each feed x 2 feeds a day). After 6 mths, amt of cereal increases again.
