michi, You need to get the baby to drink on schedule - roughly 2-3 hourly so that you can prep the milk. Sometimes don't need to wait till baby cries to give milk. This way your MIL won't be too stress. Heating milk won't take 10 min, if you have thawed the milk and put it in bottle in fridge...

chocolatteteddy, so good that you can actually sew and DIY the cover yourself. I also think some of these nursing stuff are overpriced. Next time maybe you can make baby's toys yourself. I have friends who did this before e.g. box shape with buttons sewn on it for practicing their motor skills...
