Hello, Mummies out there. My son is doing his PSLE next year, 2015. My 1st child doing PSLE so I am super duper nervous. Can anyone share their experience? How to prepare them and how to motivate them?

Yes, I tried TRA last last year (April 2013). Finished the 3 mths package in July 2013 ... lost 5kg ... continue to watch my diet and continue to lose the kg ... this is because the TRA is still working 'secretly' in our body. To-date, lost a total of 10kg, from size M and L to now size S.

hello mummies out there, i am starting with tingkat again next month. tried tingkat 4 years ago with kim's kitchen and neo gardens. see good review here on jessie catering... may just try them for a 10-day trial... keeping my fingers crossed. ;-)

in fact, i find kim's kitchen portion is more than neo garden. neo garden soup taste better and food taste more healthier. kim's kitchen food more tasty but also seems more oily than neo garden. considering to trial on first cuisin or empire food. anyone can comment on these 2?

Hi KC, If you can afford, I think it's good to go on a regularly basis to at least build up your kid's immune system. I think it's worthwhile lor. I know it's far, I myself is staying in Woodlands and travel there once a week for my little girls massage session. :-)
