Oh Cos if I drank too much soy milk I tends to get headaches. No idea y. Tts for me la. For me I everyday drink milo or cereal. My stomach sensitive so restrict from drinkin cold milk.

I love soya milk. Alws drank Mr bean 25% sugar lvl as well. Bt I try to limit one cup per wk. =)

I oso pimples break Out on face n chest but before preg I alrdy hv pimples jus Tt now worsen like my pms time. I tink mostly on e shelf sellin ones r relatively safe to use. Bt if worried hv to check w gynea or pharmacists.

Just went to my gynea. He given me the same medic as wat GP will give. Lozenges, flu and Danzen (for anti inflam) same, except for cough syrup diff. He say headache or fever can just take normal panadol.

I fell sick.. =( 2 days ago headaches then now flu. Think i going to get fever soon. >.<
