Hi, if you find it hard to read ovulation strips, because test line must be darker than control line, may i suggest clearblue digital ovulation test kit. i used the advanced one with flashing smiley. Also, i chart my BBT to confirm ovulation.

Haha i am surprised at my own determination really. It's hard to completely eliminate, so just try your best to reduce. You can switch to almond milk for dairy, that's what i'm drinking now. Eat lots of blueberries and broccoli, my best friends now haha.

lovely0315 is right, you're supposed to be discharged only after you can pass gas and urine. To ensure that your system is ok. Did doc tell you where was your endo found??

Any remedies for constipation? It's making me bloat yikes.
