My other signs include pink spots ard the nipple and also some white flakes in the nipple itself. The pain is not constant but sharp pains from time to time. And the pain is in between latching or pumping, not during the actual pumping itself.

Mummies - I'm drinking the traditional medicine's mothers milk tea to help boost my supply. I find that it works for me. For my #2, when my supply drops, I'll drink the tea and my supply will go back up again. Can buy from iherb or from sellers in the bulk purchase forum.

So happy, managed to latch my baby to drink twice tonight without topping up with ebm. And he lasted 3 hrs in between. Ak - latching is still possible. I think it helps when baby is sleepier and not so impatient at the breast. Jiayou

Had my baby full month celebration last night. Also went to try Xin Yi Pin catering after seeing that a mummy here gave it good reviews. But for me, the food wasn't fantastic. The bee hoon wasn't even cooked properly. some parts were uncooked. Think I prefer Neo garden although it's more expensive.
