    IUI/SO-IUI: Anyone?

I did SO-IUI privately twice, both failed..Spent 2.5-3K for each cycle (excluding tests and so on) my doctor then said some have done 6X and then succeeded. It eventually depends on you, I chose to directly switch to IVF after that as it was emotionally daunting to keep failing

IVF in Jahor Barhu - Pls vote!

For injections, I used ice bags. Drugs, it may differ case to case i think..and mine was long protocol, like close to 3 months (retrieval to transfer) never took any supplements, TCM or acupuncture...IVF itself requires one to take so many jabs, meds and so on, so I opted to not add anything else..

IVF in Jahor Barhu - Pls vote!

I have no idea who their embryologist is. My case I had 28 eggs though only 8 fertilized. Out of the 8, 7 turned into blastocyst (Day 5, 6 and 7). I know they dont give up on embryos right after day-5 and allow it to grow further if they feel it will make it thru. And my transfer were 2 Day-6...

    Trying to conceive 2020

You can do a fertility check at any private hospitals as they have packages. It will be much faster this way. Once you have the reports and if there is any issue/ no issue, you can then go to a polyclinic for referral and seek the doctor's advise.

Please help advise 31 yo son

Honestly u need to give an ultimatum to find a job or move out and find a way to survive himself. How long can others support him? If he is able to play games and so on, meaning he can navigate through devices and should be able to do at least some basic job. Problem is perhaps he was too...

    Anyone doing IVF in 2020?

No idea on KKH though. I kind of stopped all my supplements except for folic 2 months before my IVF process. Reason being there were just way too many pills I was already consuming as part of the process. Medicated FET would involve quite a lot of meds for a long time. Cant comment much on...

    Anyone doing IVF in 2020?

If your AMH is not low, why not use up the existing embryo first...you never know, the frozen cycle might work. Some doctors prefer that you use up the existing embryos first unless they think the quality is not that good.

I also did my IVF with Dr Tan of IVF bridge and I am now 11 weeks pregnant with twins (put in 2). Not been an easy journey though, lots of spotting, bleeding and so on. Hoping for the best. Anyone here intending to consult Dr Tan again once the border opens up?

Dont worry...i had a grade AC blastocyst transferred too...still worked out. Sometimes the grading might not be the best but the embryo might be perfectly fine

    Trying to conceive 2020

It depends on your body. Letrozole does not cause ovulation but rather increases the chances of the follicles growing to a more ideal size and possibly more follicles. But one might still not ovulate even with letrozole

    Dr Charles Lim Mt E

Nope, I went elsewhere for IVF... I asked to switch to Plan B since A was not working...then realised A or B makes not much difference

    Dr Charles Lim Mt E

I did 4 rounds of plan A. Afterwhich, i did Plan B twice with him last year, costed me like $2.3-2.5K each round. Did not work for me Would have spent more than $10K for the 6 rounds above with all the meds, vitamins and blood tests, though I did do a lot of blood tests externally in KL to save...
