Hi Emo Hi mangogal, heard it's normal for the hardening of tummy which is known as braxton hicks esp into 5th mth. Hmm.. my bb moves quite a lot, keep feeling the ticklish feeling. Any mummies planning for a getaway? Jus curious if any of you are into HKG series show? hehe...

Hi mummies, Long time didnt pop in. Hope all is fine~ re: cramps I have cramps in my 1st pregnancy. According to gynae, it was lack of calcium. Do let yr gynae know and he/she can prescibe you with some calcium tablets.

hi chen, I also got my folic acid from pharmacy. This is my 3rd baby, so i'm not that kan cheong anymore, and I purposely delay my visit to gynae. heehee... For unity pharmacy, they have folic acid which is abt $2.00+ only, but i choose the brand blackmores at $11.00+
