Breastfeeding helped me but once stopped is mega rebound cos I cannot stop binging 
so later after friend's recommendation, I went on supplements and bought a device. My second kid was 3 when I started looking for help. Now lost about 9kg and dropped 2 sizes, seriously thankful! Jiayou ok, there will be a solution!
