Hi Dreams988, I'm not a mom but I teach music to children on the autism spectrum. I have a student who also goes to EIPIC 3 times a week and comes to my place for music lessons once a week. He is very smart, has no problem labeling objects, memory skills are also very good, but he just has some speech issues. He struggles with forming full sentences like "I want to eat cookie", but can sing any song I teach him (e.g. the itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout.....). It's amazing how our brains are wired
