3rd trimester

Would like to get some support and advice. Anyone in the 3rd trimester now? How have you been coping? For me, I’m in week 33. Energy level going down, tired, forgetful and emotional. I also feel that my Husband is not attentive enough to my needs.
 
@Harvestjoy Hi, I listened to the music, watched my favorite TV series, did prenatal yoga to relax myself when I was in my 3rd trim. These ways helped a lot. If you felt tired easily and energy level going down, you can try to drink chicken essence to uplift your energy level. I drank tian yuan xiang's chicken essence during both pregnancy and confinement, it's not only tasty but worked wonder and did improve my vital energy.
