Diastasis Recti

Does Anyone has this condition after birth? My baby is already 4.5 months old but my bulge is still there due to diastasis recti. Hai...v depressing cuz even if I want to do exercise also can't as some exercises can worsen it. My gap widen after swimming. This condition doesn't seem common in Singapore so I duno where to seek help. If anyone has recovered from it, pls share your experiences. .. thanks!

Any update on this? I think I have this too. there is a gap but not very huge. The thing is I often have to tell my friends I not pregnant!! I didnt know abt this until reading it in TNP. Guess women in SG take it as part and parcel of having kids = belly.
I try to find info on the net, nothing much came up locally.

I have a slight diastasis Rectii too, below my navel. There are a few youtube videos out there which you can see to learn to check yours. One of them is this :

There are now more information about it than before (I had my kid at 2013 and didn't come across much information).
