Hi ladies. What were the earlier symptoms of ectopic pregnancy? I am now a month's pregnant but I have this dull pressure on my right pelvis. My next appt with my doctor is end of this month at KKH and I'm worried it might be too late by the time I get diagnosed. Any other symptoms I should be looking out for at such early stages? No bleeding, no spotting, no sharp pain. All my pregnant friends said they don't feel anything this early in their pregnancy at all..
