How to be pregnant if you get twice a month menstruation?

I’m new to this forum. I have 3 small fibroids and i noticed everytime i’m fertile i would have get spotting. Me and my husband are planning to have baby already after my miscarriage last year.
Is there anyone here who experienced this thing? I would appreciate all your comments. Thanks.

Hi, did doc give any advise on your fibroids? And where are your fibroids?

Do you mind to share what is the reason cause the miscarriage?
